Our Delivery Philosophy

At Amoure Parfums, we believe the journey of a fragrance is as important as the scent itself. Every order is prepared with meticulous care and shipped using compliant, tracked services to ensure your signature scent arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Within the United Kingdom

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom.

• Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Flat Rate)
• Complimentary Delivery: On all orders over £50.00.
• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare and package your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Courier Partners: We partner with specialist couriers (including Royal Mail Tracked) experienced in the safe handling of fine fragrances.

Collection

For those who prefer to collect their order in person, we offer a complimentary Collection service.

How it works: Simply select “Collection” at checkout. Once your order is prepared, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone to arrange a convenient time and location for pick-up.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane-wrapped packaging.

• 14-Day Cooling Off Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item.
• Condition for Return: The fragrance must remain sealed. If the hygiene seal or cellophane wrap has been broken, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
• Sample Products: Please note that 5ml samples are non-returnable. We encourage you to use our samples to explore our collection before committing to a full-sized bottle.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@amoureparfums.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damage so we can resolve this for you immediately with a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Contact Us: Email info@amoureparfums.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address.

Shipment: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
